The alcohol addiction treatment program at the addiction clinic Auckland was created to support individuals facing difficulties in accessing traditional rehab services. Many people struggle to find or attend inpatient facilities due to busy schedules, work commitments, or a lack of nearby options.
Our Auckland Alcohol Addiction Treatment Program allows individuals to receive specialised treatment while maintaining their daily lives, making it easier for them to fit a treatment program and achieve long-term sobriety.
Our treatment program stands as the premier alcohol addiction treatment program of its kind in New Zealand.
Unlike traditional live-in rehabilitation facilities that emphasize group therapy with minimal attention to individual needs, our program distinguishes itself by assigning you a dedicated team of specialists in the area of alcohol addiction treatment.
You will work closely with a Top New Zealand Registered Psychotherapist who specialises in alcoholism.
On the days you are not involved in psychotherapy, you will be teamed up with a trained alcohol addiction counselor who specifically works in the area of relapse prevention.
Over the six weeks, you will engage in structured daily therapy and intervention sessions aimed at understanding and overcoming alcohol dependence and breaking this cycle of events to obtain long-term sobriety.
The approach used is rooted in proven clinical methods and evidence-based practices. This ensures that every step of the treatment is backed by the latest research and best practices in addiction recovery.
You will learn how alcohol affects their brain and body, and why dependence develops. You will also develop coping strategies to handle cravings and prevent relapse going forward.
Our Auckland Alcohol Treatment program is very popular, and we have a two to three-week wait list. We only take self-referrals and referrals from doctors. The first thing you need to do is undertake is a phone assessment – this allows us to assess your level of addiction in regards to alcohol withdrawal.
From this point, you can move forward to the second phase, or we may refer to your GP for more information regarding the best way forward.
Please fill out the form below, and a Therapist will be in contact with you directly. We will text you ten minites proir to calling.
