Typically, clients begin with two appointments per week for the initial six weeks, after which they transition to a weekly appointment for the subsequent two months.
After this time, we will move you into our weekly private online Zoom meetings.
These weekly support groups are free of charge.
This is encouraged but not a requirement.
Payments can be made via credit or debit cards.

If the calendar booking is not active, we are fully booked.
