Created to cater to the requirements of working people, caregivers, and farmers dealing with alcohol use disorder, commonly referred to as alcoholism, who are unable to participate in a rehab program or feel anxious about group therapy environments.
Although a lot of helpful resources exist online, the help available for alcoholics is limited to live-in rehabs, alcoholics anonymous, or generic mental health support groups.
Another option would be cognitive behavioral therapy sessions with a licensed psychotherapist.
Cognitive behavioral therapy has proven to be the most effective form of alcohol addiction treatment worldwide.
This is a great option; however, people often encounter problems due to the lack of daily support required in the initial phase of sobriety.
The solution? to incorporate psychotherapy with relapse prevention and daily support provided by a sober coach with lived experience dealing with alcoholism.
The approach is similar to that of a rehabilitation program but does not require residency, and our sessions can be attended in person, via Zoom, or by telephone after hours.
They listen to any worries or setbacks, helping clients work through problems as they arise. This continuous support helps to reinforce positive habits and keeps clients motivated throughout the six weeks.
This program aims to offer a balanced mix of professional Psychotherapy and peer support tailored to the needs of people balancing work and family life.
It recognises that recovery isn’t just about stopping alcohol intake but also about learning how to live healthily.
The approach encourages ongoing growth and helps clients build a supportive community around their recovery journey. It’s designed to give each person the tools and confidence to maintain sobriety long after the program ends.
